As a part of an update to the Town’s Building & Planning Ordinances, a review was done of current Town Ordinances, and reviewed against a multitude of Professional Associations and other Indiana Municipalities for best practices.
Once the first draft was completed and compiled it was provided to the Plan Commission to being their review of the Document. As a part of the process, we provided the Citizens of the Town the ability to review and provide feedback on the document. Every draft of the Ordinance was uploaded and shared.
