Meet Our Team
Renn Arvanitis: Recreation and Program Director
Renn Arvanitis graduated from Purdue University Northwest with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Renn has a passion for dance and has taught dance for 14 years. She was an NFL Cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2019 to 2022 and cheered in the 2022 Super Bowl. Renn worked for Best Buddies International from 2022 to 2025 as their Deputy Director of Development and event planner. Renn has an extensive background in planning events and fundraising. Renn loves Disney, Orangetheory, and most of all her dog Meechee!
McKenna Strayer: Administrative Coordinator of Parks and Recreation
McKenna is an Indiana University graduate with a degree in Creative Advertising and has over 10 years of experience in parks and recreation. She loves creating fun, engaging programs and events for the community and is always looking for new ways to bring people together. Outside of work, she’s a big Indiana Hoosiers fan and rarely goes without her favorite drink—Dr Pepper.
Sam Paniagua: Administrative Coordinator of Parks and Recreation
Saham Paniagua graduated from Indiana University Northwest with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has previous experience in parks and recreation and enjoys helping plan events and programs for the community. Saham’s favorite band is the Eagles, and his favorite kind of weather is football weather.
