Meet Our Team
Renn Arvanitis: Recreation and Program Director
Renn Arvanitis graduated from Purdue University Northwest with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Renn has a passion for dance and has taught dance for 14 years. She was an NFL Cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2019 to 2022 and cheered in the 2022 Super Bowl. Renn worked for Best Buddies International from 2022 to 2025 as their Deputy Director of Development and event planner. Renn has an extensive background in planning events and fundraising. Renn loves Disney, Orangetheory, and most of all her dog Meechee!
