St. John is growing and so are our utility billing numbers! We are pleased to report that 9,732 utility bills were processed in the month of December, 2025. That’s an increase from 9,479 in the month of December, 2024. Our 2025 annual billing, which includes water, wastewater, and garbage, totaled $10,883,707.98 and we had a 99.9% collection rate.
