Pet Tag Renewals are due by March 31st. Proof of rabies vaccination is required. Renewals may be made in person at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office, by mail or drop box at Town Hall, or online at Pet Tag Renewals. If you have a new dog or cat, please come in person within the first 30 days of ownership for Registration.

Wiggley Field Dog Park
Annual membership is now available for Wiggley Field Dog Park. The fee is $25 for St. John residents and $10 per additional dog. Payment can be made in person at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office or you can enroll online at Dog Park Membership. A 2026 pet tag, current rabies and distemper are required.
How to Activate Wiggley Field Membership?
- Log into Your RecDesk Account or Activate Membership: Head to Dog Park Membership
- Create an Account: Each Family gets their own secure account to access the app. Please note it is one account per family.
- Activate Remote Key Access: Once registered, simply use the app to unlock the gate to Wiggley Field—no need for physical keys or cards!
- Enjoy Wiggley Field: Let your dog run, fetch, and play freely in the park!
