Heartland Park Expansion Project

The Heartland Park Expansion Project is set to transform 40 acres at the corner of White Oak Avenue and 109th Avenue into a vibrant community destination.

Construction continues to make steady progress on the project. Masonry and roofing work on the pavilion are underway, while steel installation for the canopy is nearing completion and will soon be ready for roofing. Underground utility work for the building is in progress, with interior rough-ins scheduled to begin in August. Steel erection for the amphitheater is also expected to start in August. Site rough grading is nearing completion, and crews are preparing to begin curb and asphalt installation in the coming weeks.
