2026 Town-Wide Paving

The Town is pleased to announce it has been awarded Community Crossings Matching Grant (CCMG) funding through the State of Indiana. This award allowed us to expand our 2026 paving program, adding nine additional roadways to this year’s project list. The Town Council awarded a contract to Milestone Contractors as the lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $1,762,198.15 at their April 22nd meeting. A preconstruction meeting was held on April 29th and construction is planned to begin the week of May 11th. Work is expected to be complete before the beginning of next school year, weather dependent. The Town appreciates the opportunity to leverage state funding to maximize local investment and continue delivering infrastructure improvements for residents.
